Kitchener Dentist, Dr. Angelica Cornacchio, is committed to providing top quality dental care in a welcoming and comfortable environment. She decided to become a dentist because she wanted to help people - she finds it extremely rewarding to see the immediate difference she can make in people’s lives by helping them eliminate pain and improve their smiles. Dr. Cornacchio enjoys getting to know her patients, and her excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor help her to work well with a wide range of patients. She works well with children, ensuring that their first experience at the dentist is a positive one.

Dr. Asifa Naureen has been working with River Family Dentistry team since June , 2019 and she loves it every day . She decided to become dentist after seeing her mom suffering from dental issues at very young age and it feels very rewarding when she helps her patients get their perfect smile and confidence back or simply get rid of the pain. She has extensive experience in general dentistry but loves wisdom teeth and complicated extractions. She is passionate for her profession and makes sure that her patients have a positive and comfortable dental experience and they leave with big smile. She loves meeting people, good listener,  very gentle and friendly. She is very kind with children. She was awarded the Bachelor of Dental surgery Degree by University of Health Sciences , Pakistan in 2010 . She was honored with the Gold medal for extraordinary academics and clinical achievements by the Prime Minister of Pakistan in 2010.She had worked in a very busy hospital in Pakistan , also participated and volunteered with Colgate inc. to provide dental care in rural and unprivileged areas of Pakistan.

Emily graduated from Dental Assisting in 2018. Given her passion, she returned to school for Dental Hygiene and graduated in 2022 from Southern Ontario Dental College.

Maha's dentistry journey began when she completed her dental assisting diploma from Oxford College in Mississauga. Since then, she has gained valuable experience working in both general dentistry practices and specialized dental clinics. Her expertise includes chairside assisting, sterilization and infection control, dental X-rays and maintaining Patient records.

In her spare time she likes to go hiking, traveling, site seeing, cooking and she enjoys spending time with her family.

Laurie has been employed at this dental office for 35 years. She enjoys seeing many of the long term patients and ensures a positive experience with every visit. Laurie enjoys puzzling, working in her garden and entertaining family and friends, and has welcomed her first grandchild named Bo, born October 2023.

Nancy has worked many positions in the dental office over the years. Dental assisting, dental hygiene including orthodontics, and now you’ll meet her at our front desk as part of our administrative team. Nancy enjoys time, travelling, gardening and working on home reno projects with her husband.

Sandi is a mom of 2 kids and 3 cats. She loves her coffee, chocolate, the colour pink, crocheting and running. A couple of years ago, she signed up for a 12 hour timed race having never run longer than five hours. Not only did she finish her first Ultra-Marathon, but she finished third female overall! Sandi likes her day to be filled with laughter and friendly faces. Funny fact about Sandi, she use to be afraid of the dentist, but not so much any more.
